Hello! I'm glad you stopped by...

Ever since I was a child I have always loved making things with my hands and being creative. I remember making clothes and camping equipment for my Barbie dolls, and selling fabric covered tissue box holders and photo frames to my Mum's work colleagues. I have always dabbled in a variety of different arts and crafts (I will show you my supplies one day) but I didn't know how to use my creativity as a career. It wasn't until my youngest child was in school that I started to pursue my creative dreams.

Today I am still passionate about many different forms of arts and crafts, but I have a special admiration for the alternative form of photography called cyanotype... and this is how Blue Vintage began. Cyanotypes are beautiful Prussian blue images made in various ways. Most of the items I make for Blue Vintage will be done with a blue and gold palette as I love how these colours complement each other.

I live in Albury, a regional town on the border of N.S.W and Victoria, in Australia. I have three amazing children (18, 15, 12), with their pet siblings being a Devon Rex cat, guinea pig, budgie, and a goldfish (luckily they all keep to themselves!).

This is just the start of my dream, and I have so much I want to make, share and do for you and Blue Vintage. I'm glad you are here to join me on this journey!

With gratitude and love,
